Metal and glass shine from high ground in the pines at 7,000 feet in northern Arizona. Elk, deer, foxes, squirrels, javelina, rabbits and more often show themselves to the delight of the students.
Coconino Community College’s Lone Tree campus is the College’s main location that houses the administrative services as well as a wide variety of services to help students achieve their educational goals.
Students can find computer labs, library services, tutoring services, disability services, advising and a host of services devoted to first-generation and low-income students. Classrooms contain up-to-date technology to assist with the learning process – whether it be for university transfer, for workforce development, or for the sheer enjoyment of lifelong learning – and to reach across the geographical expanse of the 18,600-square-miles of Coconino County.
CCC’s story began in 1991, and students, with their academic and workforce successes and triumphs over challenges, keep that story going strong.
